The Right Barrier for Your Site and Code
Every system we install is specified to meet ASTM F2286 and your jurisdiction's residential pool barrier code. We select the barrier your site requires—not the one that photographs well.

Specified for Structural Integrity, Not Curb Appeal
Removable Mesh Barrier
Tensioned mesh panels anchored in sleeve sockets drilled to code-required depth. No footholds, no handholds. Sections remove and reinstall without tools while keeping every post hole fully sealed.
Minimum 48-inch height, self-closing gate with key-lockable latch positioned above the 54-inch reach threshold. Meets ASTM F2286 by default.
Aluminum Perimeter Fence
Powder-coated aluminum pickets with vertical spacing engineered below the 4-inch sphere rule. Posts set in concrete footings at the depth your soil and local frost line demand—no shortcuts on the anchor.
Self-closing, self-latching gate with latch on pool-side. Hardware torque-tested after installation. Permit-ready drawings provided on every job.
Frameless Glass Barrier
12mm tempered safety glass panels in stainless steel spigot bases core-drilled and anchored to structural depth. No frame means no foothold—the panel itself is the climb-resistance.
Gate fitted with a dual-action, self-closing hinge and a pool-side drop-latch at compliant height. Each panel load-tested before sign-off.
We Measure Before We Drill
Every installation starts with a documented site assessment—soil type, deck material, obstruction mapping, and your jurisdiction's current code version. Not one hole is drilled until the spec is locked.
On-Site Assessment & Code Pull
System Specification & Permit Filing
Installation & Hardware Verification
Inspector Sign-Off & Documentation
We produce permit-ready drawings specifying post depth, latch height, gate swing direction, and panel spacing—all cross-referenced to your local code. We file the permit; you don't have to.
We visit your property, measure the perimeter, flag obstructions, test deck substrate, and pull your city's current pool barrier ordinance before recommending any system.
Crew installs to the approved spec. Every latch, hinge, and anchor point is torque-verified and load-tested the same day. Nothing is left for the inspector to flag.
We coordinate the municipal inspection and hand you a compliance certificate with the approved permit and as-built drawings. Your record is complete from day one.
Local codes we know by heart. Your site, measured before anything is specified.
Book a no-cost site assessment. We pull your jurisdiction's current ordinance, walk the perimeter, and tell you exactly which system your pool requires—before you commit to anything.
